An 11-storey new residential building, New Dundas incorporates purpose-built rental units, at-grade retail, and 1-level of below-grade parking. Located in The Junction neighbourhood, the development replaces existing semi and detached houses and is designed to integrate and maintain the character of the mature neighbourhood. The building incorporates unique design approaches for a building of its size and type, including a pre-cast concrete structure, high-performance envelope, and a novel mechanical approach, requiring a flexible and committed construction partner that could provide an innovative approach to project delivery.
