Bluescape's History
Bluescape was founded in 2008 to provide Construction Management services to developers in Toronto for mid-rise and high-rise residential developments. Founded by two partners who built strong relationships with developers and demonstrating the firm's skill at delivering multi-unit residential projects throughout Toronto, Bluescape soon established itself as a reliable and knowledgeable construction manager and project partner. With a reputation in the market for exceptional client service and project delivery, Bluescape is now led by five partners with over forty employees, with founding partner, Lou Hack,continuing to act in an advisory capacity.
