Located in The Annex, 350 Bloor St West is a 38-storey, mixed-use a new condominium development that will feature commercial office space, a Metro grocery store, and a connection to the adjacent TTC subway station.
Scheduled for completion in 2028, 350 Bloor St West includes a 3-storey podium, two floors of full office space, a 5th floor sky lobby and amenity area, and four floors of rental replacement units. The concept of an “urban living room” featuring a major Indigenous art program was developed through discussions with community members and will also form part of the project. This space occupies the ground floor and will be an indoor public gathering area accessible year-round to residents of the new building, as well as to the public. The exterior of the building is clad in a high-end glass curtain wall, accompanied by a detailed brick façade on the 3rd floor podium.
