Located near Kingston Road and Salem Road in Ajax, this 25-storey residential development includes 380 purpose-built rental units of Studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms with 12,000 sq.ft. of commercial space over 2-levels. The development will have a 4-level above-grade parking structure integrated within the building and 2-levels of underground parking.

Clad in architectural precast concrete throughout, designed to resemble limestone, the building offers a unique architectural addition to the surrounding commercial and residential neighbourhood. The building also features a number of unique elements including a balcony railing system with sliding glass panels that can convert the space into an enclosed 3-season amenity for each unit, and specialized Building Automation Systems by SmartONE and VRF HVAC systems that provides interfaces within each unit.
