Forming part of a revitalized area of the West Don Lands, this LEED Gold Toronto Community Housing development includes two 4-storey buildings, and one 8-storey building with commercial use at grade.

The three buildings consist of 243 units in total and are designed for families and seniors. The ground floor of the 8-storey building is occupied by retail tenants. The complex is designed around a courtyard and a private driveway, or “woonerf”. These outdoor spaces include shade structures, tree-lined seating areas, and a water play area for children.
