The multi-phase, mixed-use development, Express Condominiums on the Subway, is located near Allen Rd and Hwy 401 and is one of the final projects in a significant revitalization of former industrial lands surrounding Wilson Subway Station. The project is comprised of two development blocks divided by a private road, with Express 2 Condos as the second phase of the project. Encompassing a 6-level podium that connects two residential towers of 14-stories and 16-stories, Express 2 also includes two levels of underground parking, retail areas, and commercial office facilities on the second floor of the podium. The project includes significant green spaces and public realm areas, including outdoor courtyards and extensive streetscaping, as well as a new community park, which will be built as part of the development and conveyed to City of Toronto at completion of the project.
