With an anticipated completion date of December 2024, Reina is Canada’s first condominium designed and developed by an all-women team. Located on The Queensway in Etobicoke’s Queensway Village, the condominium has been designed with a strong focus on community and family, including multigenerational living. Each floor contains a stroller storage room to accommodate families with small children. Other amenities include a gym, yoga studio, soundproof room, kids’ playroom, communal snack room, lending library, pet wash, outdoor courtyard, and woonerf – a living street that features shared space and low speed limits.

The mixed-use building includes retail on the main floor, 2 levels of below grade parking, and 200 condo units over 8 storeys. Green terraces and an occupiable green roof form part of the living space.
