River City 3 is part of a four-phase development located in Toronto’s Corktown neighbourhood. Originally an abandoned industrial area, the River City community was the first development to kickstart the revitalization of the West Don Lands. Urban Capital, partnered with Montreal-based Saucier + Perrotte Architects, conceived the development of the new community as part of a design competition. The River City community has been the recipient of multiple awards, including an OAA Lieutenant Governor’s Award for Excellence and the Toronto Urban Design Award of Merit. All buildings are LEED Gold certified.

River City 3 is comprised of randomly stacked cubes totaling 29-storeys and 332 units. Featuring 5 levels of above-ground parking, the building also includes amenities such as a reading room, kids’ playroom, hobby/crafts room, product library, fitness facility, and outdoor terrace and pool.
