Completed in 2018, The Harlowe is a mixed-use building located on Richmond Street West, just east of Bathurst Street in the heart of downtown Toronto. The elegant warehouse-style design and red brick exterior reflect the neighbourhood’s industrial heritage, with cabling on the exterior as an homage to the turn of the century construction. The top four floors of the building are composed of glass and steel, offering stunning views of the surrounding city. The 14-storey building includes 218 units, and 4 levels of below grade parking. Amenities include a fitness centre, party room, lounge, and green roof.
