Lakeview Village in Mississauga is a new development spanning 177 acres of waterfront property. Developed in accordance with a master plan, the Village will be an interconnected community offering a total of 16,000 residential units comprised of townhomes and condominiums, education and office spaces, restaurants, retail promenades, trail systems, parks, and direct access to local transit. Slated for completion in 2028, the project will feature a district energy approach.

Lakeview Village Block 2 features a 14-storey condominium tower with 375 suites as well as 38 townhomes and 8 Executive Townhomes. The complex sits atop 2-levels of below grade parking, with an integrated private garage for the Executive Townhomes. The high-rise tower features a pre-cast façade and a novel pre-fabricated, aluminum balcony system, an indoor/outdoor amenity space, and rooftop patio and enclosed games room.
