Named in honour of Toronto’s 100th library, Library District condominium is located at 170 Fort York Blvd. and overlooks the new Mouth of the Creek Park. The building’s unique architecture was inspired by the adjacent Fort York, while the coloured glass references the abundant surrounding green space. Existing stonework found on the site was used to create feature cladding on parts of the new building and can be seen from the Bathurst Street Bridge at Parking Level 1.
